1. Processing Times

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days excluding holidays or weekends.

Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.

2. Delivery Times

Estimated delivery window:

  • USA: 3–7 business days
  • International: 10–21 business days

Delivery times may vary due to:

  • Carrier delays
  • Weather
  • Customs clearance
  • Seasonal volume

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Destination
  • Order weight
  • Carrier service

Rates are non-refundable.

4. Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address:

  • A reshipping fee will apply.

5. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order is transferred to the carrier, SkinMode™ is not responsible for:

  • Loss
  • Theft
  • Delivery delays
  • Scanning errors

If marked “Delivered” but not received:

  • Contact the carrier directly to file a claim.

6. Customs & Duties

International customers may be charged:

  • Customs fees
  • Import tax
  • Duties

These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and not included in the order total.

7. Order Tracking

Tracking information will be sent to the email or phone provided at checkout.

If you do not receive tracking details within 3 business days, contact us.
